Ingredients
  • 4 rounds of flaky pastry 12 cm in diameter
  • 200 g Bleu d’Auvergne cheese
  • 4 ripe pears
Preparation
  1. Bake the flaky pastry blind between 2 baking tins so that it does not rise.
  2. thinly slice the Bleu d’Auvergne cheese and place the slices evenly on the pastry.
  3. Thinly slice the pears and place them in a rosette on the pastry.
  4. Place in hot oven, approx 200°C for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve with salad and lardons as a starter or alone as a cheese course.

Conseils
