  • Dry figs or prunes
  • Fourme d’Ambert PDO
Preparation
  1. Use dry figs or soft prunes.
  2. Slit open the fruit and place a piece of Fourme d’Ambert cheese inside each one.
  3. Serve as an aperitif with a chilled Coteau du Layon.
