Ingredients
  • 15 cl dry white wine
  • 15 cl oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g grated Cantal (Entre-Deux) cheese
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150-200 g smoked bacon lardons
  • 100 g stoned green olives
  • 1 tsp salt (optional)
Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix ingredients in the following order: white wine, oil, beaten eggs, Cantal cheese.
  2. Add the flour, the baking powder the the lardons and the stoned olives all at once.
  3. Grease and flour a loaf tin.
  4. Pour the mixture into the tin and cook in a hot oven for approximately 30 mins.
  5. Serve warm.
